紅色小果番茄新品種台南亞蔬11號之育成

Breeding of a New Cherry Tomato Variety "Tainan ASVEG No. 11"

摘要


雜交一代新品種紅色小果番茄台南亞蔬11號,商品名為夏豔,本品種係於民國86年春季由亞洲蔬菜研究發展中心育成品系後,交由本場進行選拔,後於91年12月完成命名審查,台南亞蔬11號生育型態為半停心型,生育勢強盛,葉覆蓋性優,每1-2片葉著生一花序,每花序花朵數18-26朵花,夏季著果率約為50%。果實為長橢圓形,未熟果色淡綠,成熟果紅色,平均果重10.4公克,硬度高,裂果性輕微,2個心室,可溶性固形物為6.45°Brix。每公頃產量南部春夏作平均約為37.6(28.2-44.0)公噸,秋作約為37.2公噸,抗菸草嵌紋病毒番茄小種1與抗萎凋病生理小種1和2。台南亞蔬11號雜交一代紅色小果番茄,果實品質優良,硬度高,耐熱表現優異且相當高產,平均可比對照品種台南亞蔬6號增產40至100%,本品種之命名將可增加夏季栽培品種選擇性。

Tainan ASVEG No. 11 is a new variety of cherry tomato, which was released by TNDAIS in December 2002. The commercial name is ”Summer Beauty”. The main characteristics of Tainan ASVEG No. 11 were as follow:1. Tainan ASVEG No. 11 is a vigorous, semi-determinate growth cherry tomato variety.2. There are about 18~26 flowers within one truss. The fruit-setting rate is about 50% in the summer crop.3. The fruits are long oval-shaped, two locule and uniform with an average fruit weight 10.4 grams. The fruits are excellent firmness and strong against fruit cracking. The average total soluble solid is 6.45 °Brix.4. Hight yielding and adaptation in the summer crop. The average yield is 37.6 (between 28.2 to 44.0) metric ton per hectare in the summer and spring crop and 37.2 metric ton per hectare in the fall.5. The variety is resistant against ToMV 0, 0Y, 1 and 2 strains and fursarium wilt race 1 and 2.
