斑葉月桃之微體繁殖

The Micropropagation of Shellflower (Alpinia Speciosa K. Schum)

摘要


斑葉月桃利用莖頂培養在含MS添加BA 2 mg/L和NAA 0.05 mg/L的培養基中,能成功培養出具斑葉的新梢。利用定芽繼代培養建議每一培殖體有2或3芽。BA濃度控制在2或4 mg/L,大約1.5個月可繼代一次,每次可獲得3倍新梢。在液體比固體培養芽體長得大且快速。發根以添加NAA 4 mg/L根數7.34條最多,根長0.76公分最適合移植。所有瓶苗後代皆能保持斑葉特性。

The shoots of Alpinia speciosa K. Schum were induced successfully from the shoot tips cultured on MS medium containing BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.05 mg/L. Each explant including two or three buds was suggested to subculture for multiplication. Every 1.5 months each explant proliferated 3 times when the medium containing BA 2 or 4 mg/L. The explants cultured in liquid grow bigger and faster than on solid medium.The NAA 4 mg/L treatment has the highest root number 7.34, with the root length of 0.76 cm that is suitable for transplant and all the offspring remain their variegated characters.
