摘要

洋桔梗台南2號商品名夏西施，為一代雜交品種。本品種係於民國94年春雜交，並於98年7月完成命名審查。品種主要特點為耐熱，生長勢強，雙色白紫邊重瓣切花用品種。春作株高為110～115公分，秋作株高為78～85公分。花形為廣漏斗狀，花朵數8～9，花瓣數20～27片，花徑約8.2～8.6 cm，花色為雙色白紫邊花瓣內面上端主要顏色紫（RHS N82A），花瓣內面下端顏色白（RHS 157B）。定植至開花春作約92～98天，秋作約70～75天，屬晚生品種。

Tainan No. 2, Summer Si-Shih, is a new variety of Eustoma, which was released by Tainan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station in January 2006. The main characteristics of Tainan No. 2 were as follow:1.Eustoma Tainan No. 2 is a heat tolerant, bi-color violet/white double flower type for cut-flower variety.2.The plant height is about 110-115 cm in spring crop and 78-85 cm in the fall.3.The flower shape is wide funnel-shaped, with 20-27 of petals and 8.2-8.6 cm of flower diameter.4.Flowering intimation is about 92~98 days and 70-75 days after planting in the spring and the fall cropping, respectively.
