小果番茄設施栽培經營模式之研究－以太保市專業農民為個案

設施栽培是國內精緻農業重要的生產模式，但初期農業設施與機械設備投資成本偏高，讓想加入設施栽培的農民會有所疑慮。本研究採用質性研究中的個案研究法，透過深度訪談個案後採用優勢－劣勢－機會－威脅（SWOT）分析及成本―數量―利潤（CVP）分析，探討太保市專業農民設施栽培小果番茄經營模式，提供營運管理資訊，解決農民的投資疑慮，使其有信心投入設施栽培行列，生產安全高品質的農產品，增加收益。

Protected cultivation is the important production pattern of quality agriculture in Taiwan. Farmers who wanted to apply protected cultivation were concerning about the high cost of investment and equipment at the beginning. This research was based on case study using the indepth interviews. Then, through strength-weakness-opportunity-threats (SWOT) analysis and cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis, we can explore cherry tomato cultivation business model of the Tai-Pao city farmers who offer operational management information to other farmers. Therefore, the farmers will have confidence in protected cultivation and increase their higher profits.
