小番茄農場經營管理之探討-以馬來西亞康綠隆果蔬有限公司為例

摘要


本研究以康绿隆果蔬有限公司為對象,探討小番茄經營管理方式,所得結果獲知。在生產流程規劃上,共分為七項作業,其中又以整枝引蔓及保果技術為最重要。損益平衡點經本研究分析為2,638公斤,因此需種植達0.67公頃時剛好可達損益平衡。建議農場需注意:(一)修定與調整番茄產業發展。(二)增加農業現代化的發展力。(三)四個實際問題與解決做法分別為解決原料問題並做好訂單、農企關係處理與服務做好、研發新產品來提高產業層次以及拓寬發展空間與擴大市場。

In this study, Kanglulong Fruit and Vegetable Co., Ltd. was used to explore the management and management of small fruit tomato, and the results were known. In the production process planning, there are a total of seven operations, of which the whole branching and plucking technology is the most important. The profit and loss balance point was analyzed to be 2638 kg in this study, so the planting of 0.67 hectares was just enough to achieve a balance of profit and loss. It is recommended that the farm should pay attention to: 1. Revise the tomato industry development guidance plan. 2. Strengthening the development of agricultural modernization. 3. Solving four practical problems is embodied in four: (1) Make real orders and solve the problem of raw materials. (2) Do a good job and handle the relationship between agriculture and enterprises. (3) Make new products and improve the industrial level. (4) It is to expand the market and broaden the development space.
