季節與溫度對臺南地區萬代蘭切花生產及儲運之影響

萬代蘭是臺灣新興之花卉作物，目前多作為切花外銷日本。萬代蘭Pachara Delight 'Blue'、Kulwadee Fragrance 'Black'栽培於臺南地區設施內一年四季均可抽梗開花，唯冬季低溫期產量較少。萬代蘭花序生長呈一S型曲線，花序發育與花梗生長速率顯著受季節溫度影響，冬季低溫時花梗生長較慢且較晚開花。夏季採收之切花經低溫11℃儲運後易發生寒害，且瓶插壽命亦較短，保鮮管液中添加氯化鈣則可降低寒害情形；而冬季採收之切花，儲運後較不會發生寒害且有較佳之瓶插壽命。現有技術：萬代蘭是臺灣新興之花卉作物，利用地區氣候差異週年皆可生產切花外銷日本，臺南地區為新興產區但缺乏相關生產資料。創新內容：針對臺南地區氣候條件，探討萬代蘭在不同季節溫度下之生長及開花情形，並建立切花儲運資料。對產業影響：減少萬代蘭低溫儲運寒害，提升切花外銷品質。
