創意經營博物館出版品物流管理

A Creative Strategy for the Museum Publications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

摘要


如何經營博物館出版品之物流管理,所謂「掌握物流」即「掌握市場」,物流管理將成為新世紀博物館所面臨的新課題。現今的社會是市場導向、消費者至上,在物流管理的策略上,亦應顧及此;唯有以生產符合市場需求的商品,配送快捷及低價格、高水準的服務,才能贏得客戶的滿意及長久的支持。各館要以企業行銷的精神,開拓館外展售及推廣服務,並在博物館既有的經營「風格」及「定位」確立的基礎上,配合相關法規的研訂,推展精進。

How to maintain the museum publications in logistics and supply chain management will be the new course in this new century, and this is what so called "to catch the market equivalent to catch the logistics control". At the present time, with the ideas of market oriented, customer first is only the primary consideration to meet the customer's needs. With the quality products, speedy delivery, low price and high standard service can win the customers' consistent support and satisfactory. Each museum should reach out in distributing publications as the enterprise to sell and broadcast with the modern market and selling ideas. Besides, each museum should establish its own characterized identity based on its business specialty and also work out business plans which following the guidelines of each museum's pre-existing policy.
