臺北探索館觀眾參觀動機與學習滿意度之調查研究

摘要


本研究以臺北探索館時空對話廳為例,利用問卷進行現場紙筆問卷調查,以探討觀眾的參觀動機及學習滿意度。本研究共計發出550份問卷,回收464份,經由反向題過濾與剔除填答不完整者,有效問卷為413份。經統計分析發現,觀眾對於參觀後的學習感到滿意,但因觀眾屬性不同而有差異, 此外,觀眾參觀動機與學習滿意度呈現顯著之正相關。

This study aims to the visitors' motivation and learing satisfaction at the Discovery Center of Taipei, which complies the questionnaire to select the visitors entering the museum as the object of study, and obtains 413 copies of vaild sample. According to the satisitical analysis, the result obtained from the study is that visitors have high learning satisfaction after visiting the Discovery Center of Taipei. The visitors' motivation varies due to different demographic feature. The higher the level of visiting motivation, the higher the learning satisfaction is. The learning satisfaction varies due to different demographic feature, such as living area, duration of living in Taipei, age, occupation and position.
