觀眾參觀行為與中華藝術文物展示策略評量－以國立故宮博物院《履踪－臺灣原住民文獻圖畫》特展為例

摘要

國立故宮博物院珍藏各朝代善本圖籍等珍貴檔案，然在當前觀眾對於多媒體互動展示之接受度高於靜態文字的趨勢之下，以圖書文獻為主題策劃展覽的同時，亦由傳統的文獻史料展示，轉以搭配影像、文物等相互輔助展示方式，期望藉由該項創新內容，帶給觀眾耳目一新的參觀經驗。在藉由動態展示方式輔助文獻史料的策展形式之下，對於觀眾觀展的吸引力及持續力為何？本文試圖以國立故宮博物院《履踪－臺灣原住民文獻圖畫特展》為研究場域，以非參與式觀察法記錄展場中觀眾參觀行為及停留時間，進一步分析並瞭解觀眾與展品及教育媒體展示間吸引力與持續力關係。經由研究發現，利用教育媒體展示方式確實可以吸引觀眾對於圖書文獻類文物的注意，而影片播放讓觀眾願意停留較長時間，以史料真實物件輔以圖文說明展示策略，能有效吸引觀眾，並延長停留時間。

National Palace Museum holds a great collection of rare books inherited from different dynasties. However, under the current trends, museum visitors have better acceptance with the media and interactive exhibition rather than the traditional collection display. The traditional way of exhibiting the themed exhibition of rare books and documents has changed. It has turned into a dynamic exhibition which incorporated with images and other artifacts; it was expected to carry out a new experience to the visitors. Under the display of interactive exhibition mode, the curatorship of historical documents was greatly enhanced by interactive display . Would interactive exhibition increase visitors' interests and attention to this exhibition? This study focus on the exhibition ＂In their footsteps: a special collection of the indigenous people in Taiwan＂. This research observes and records visitors' behaviors through a non-participant's perspective. , and to further analyze the relationship between the visitors and the multimedia artifacts; and the attracting power and the holding power of the gallery. According to the research results, using multi-media display on historical books and documents can effectively attracts visitor's attention. In addition, research shows visitors are more willing to stay longer for the educational films. Therefore, the display strategy combining historical information with visual aids is proven useful. It can effectively attracts visitors and prolonged their stay.
