摘要

以婚姻成長班員做婚姻健康程度測驗調查，有效問卷95份。結果發現：30.5%的夫妻會為了表達一點心意，而送一些小東西（並非為了特別的原因或節目）；38.9%的夫妻會一起參加社交或休閒活動；74.5%的夫妻會相互支持鼓勵感到滿足；69.1%的對未來婚姻生活仍抱著樂觀的期望；49.5%結婚以後乃擁有個人自由可訂定自己的生活目標。年齡較高者及教育程度愈高者，在婚姻健康程度測驗中得分有較高之趨勢。受訪者不同學歷對性生活協調及夫妻爭執測驗之得分有達到顯著性之差異。受訪者年齡愈低對夫妻爭執測驗之得分有愈高分之趨勢，而且是達到非常顯著性之差異。本研究是藉著問題的呈現，對婚姻有更深刻的體認、思考、運用有效方法，為目前「晴時多雲偶陣雨」的婚姻生活多加一些熱度、亮光。

In order to understand the degree of marriage health, an investigation was made from the members of marriage improving class. A total of 120 copies of questionaire were issued. Ninety-five effective copies of questionaire were retured and used for analysis. the results are summarized.It is indicated that 30.5% of the couples would send a gift to their spouse just to show their affection, instead of for a special reason or occasion; 38.9% would like to attend social activities together; 74.5% are satisfied with mutual support and encouragement; 69.1% hold optimistic prospects for their marriages; 49.5% are still able to work out their career on their own objectives.It was also found that the older or the more well-educated an interviewee is, the higer scores she gets on the questionaire. Besides, academic degree plays a crucial role and causes a significant difference in each couple's sexual adaptability and setting dispute. The younger an interviewee is, the better she performs in settling dispute.This study, through an analysis of the problems encountered by couples, aims to facilitate them having a better understanding on their marriage, as well as to fulfill those frustrating marriages with more affection and intimacy.
