割樁與收穫期對再生稻農藝性狀及米質之影響

摘要


為探討再生稻與移植稻之農藝性狀及米質之差異,並尋求再生稻之最適收穫期,於民國82年第二期作在桃園區農業改良場(新屋鄉)進行試驗。移植稻、再生稻割樁及再生稻不割樁三種栽培處理之產量、稔實率、千粒重均無顯著差異,而株高、穗數及抽穗持續期均以再生稻(含割樁及不割樁區)顯著多於移植稻,抽穗整齊度、穀藳比、穗重及一穗穎花數則以移植稻顯著大於再生稻割樁及不割樁區。在米質方面,除移植稻之稻穀容重量顯著高於再生稻割樁及不割樁區,未熟米率、畸型米率及著色米率均以移植稻顯著低於再生稻割樁及不割樁區外,其餘並無顯著差異。三種收穫期之產量、株高、穀藳比、穗數、稔實率及千粒量均無顯著差異。抽穗後35天收割者之糙米容重及碾糙率顯著低於抽穗後42天及49天收割者。未熟米率以抽穗35天收割者最多,抽穗42天收割次之,抽穗49天收割最少。

The experiment was conducted to study the influence of shoot recutting and harvesting time on the agronomic Characteristics and grain quality of ratoon rice. Three cultural methods (transplanting, ratooning with shoot-recutting and ratooning without recutting) and three harvesting times (35, 42 and 49 days after heading) were tested at Taoyuan DAIS in the second crop, 1993. Differences among three cultural methods were insignificant in terms of grain yield and milling yield of brown rice. Both ratooning methods showed adverse effect on heading uniformity, capacity of rough rice and brown rice, immature kernels and abnormal kernels. Late harvesting showed better effect than early harcesting on capacity of brown rice and brown rice Percentage. More immature kernels occured while harvested early. There were no significant differences among three harvesting times on panicle number, heading uniformity and capacity of rough rice.
