蔬菜育苗作業自動化搬運系統之研製改良

摘要


為提高育苗作業之工作效率,解決搬運勞力的問題,本研究進行種苗自動搬運系統開發研製。此自動搬運系統具有入苗、出苗、灌溉、施藥、藥槽自我清洗及換區換棟等六大功能,現已與播種系統、套籃系統完成連線運轉,全線作業從穴盤點播、搬入溫室綠化及長成後運出,只需兩人管理。整個系統可以在控制中監視並遙控,達到節省蔬菜育苗作業穴盤搬運時間及減低搬運者之辛勞。

An automatic seedling transport system has been developed in order to improve the efficiency of seedling production, and to reduce the handling labor. The factory automation duct system was used to provide the power source and signal transmission. The seedling transport system has six functions: seedling inflow, seedling outflow, irrigation, pesticide application, tank rinse and re-location. The transport system integrates seeding system and basket-fitting system into a complete operation line for seedling production, where only two operators are needed. The system can be monitored and controlled through a computer in a remote control room.
