貯藏溫度及時間與藥劑處理對繡球花開花之影響

Effects of Storage Temperature, Period and Chemical Treatments on Flowering for Hydrangea

摘要


本試驗的目的在探討貯藏溫度及貯藏時間與藥劑處理對繡球花開花的影響。繡球花「Leuchifeuer」分別以5℃及10℃之條件貯藏30、45及60天,試驗結果發現,不同貯藏溫度及時間組合處理對繡球花開花所需天數有顯著之影響,以10℃貯藏45天者需時最長,而5℃下貯藏60天者需時最短;貯藏天數為30或45天對於綠枝長度影響差異不顯著,而以5℃下貯藏60天的綠枝最長,以10℃下貯藏60天的綠枝長度次之。在溫度條件固定下,株高會隨著貯藏時間的延長而增高。貯藏天數越長基部芽發生較多,基部發生枝條開花數隨貯藏天數之增加而下降,而以10℃貯藏者,卻隨貯藏天數之增加而遞增;花序促進之效果而言,則以GA處理500ppm者效果最顯著,能使繡球花花序展開提早14天;氰胺2及1%容易對芽體造成傷害。

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of storage temperature and periods and chemical treatments on flowering of hydrangea. Potted hydrangea, cv. ”Leuchifeuer”, was storece at 5℃ and 10℃ for 30, 45 and 60 days, respectively. It was significant difference in days from transplanting to bloom of different storage temperature and periods were noted. It took 103 days to blooming for plants stored for 45 days at 10℃, and 93 days for plants stored for 60 days at 5℃. There was no difference between 30 and 45 days of storage period on the length of softwoods during forcing. However, the longest softwood were obtained in plants stored for 60 days at 5℃, and next were plants stored for 60 days at 10℃. But it was showed that plant height was enhanced by longer duration of storage under conditions of 5 and 10℃. Basical shoot number were increased with longer storage, in contrast, number of blooms per shoot was reduced as duration of storage period lengthened. For chemicals treatments, GA at 500 ppm was the best for promoting inflorescence expansion. However, calcium cyanamide at 1-2 % was easier to damage the flower buds.
