花卉產銷班實施地區性產業聯盟之調查

A Study of Strategic Alliance of Regional Flower Production and Marketing Teams

An investigation was made to study the motive and feasibility of strategic alliance of regional flower production and marketing teams in the Taoyuan District. The result showed that most of the team operators had the common perspective about strategic alliance, and expressed a strong will to constitute such organization at township level. At present, there are real exchanges of agricultural products between the different productions and marketing teams; although, some of them were already organization a strategic alliance. However, they have not yet concluded an agreed. Effective communication between teams and in person-to-person relationship was observed. As regards to the interaction with other organization, the highest frequency was found with the Township Farmer's Association. Next was with DAIS. Most of the operators reckoned with the impact on marketing from the entrance of WTO.
