摘要


本研究以儀器中子活化分析法測定國小4、5、6年級學童頭髮中鐵、汞、鉻、鋅及鈷之含量。分析準確性之檢驗除了採用美國國家標準局之蘭花葉(SRM 1571)外,並藉FAAS及CVAAS兩種方法作驗證比較。 三年齡群除汞、鉻、鈷外,發現雖只差1歲,其鐵和鋅含量却有明顯差別。鐵以11歲組最高,10歲組次之,12歲組最低。鋅則以11歲組最低,次為12歲組,和10歲組。亦即鐵、鋅含量似乎呈相反關係。本研究98名學童中,頭髮鋅含量低於70ppm者有5人,高於260ppm者有6名,此11人有鋅缺乏之可能。

Trace element contents in head hair of school-children were investigated by instrumental neutron analysis. The reliability of analysis was checked with NBS orchard leaves (SRM 1571) and compared with those obtained by AAS. The possible role of Fe, Hg, Cr, Zn and Co of children is discussed in detail.
