摘要

從著名民間生藥巒大當藥的全草植物中，首次分離到bellidifolin。又對於吳氏等人曾發表的此植物的成分oleanolic acid，經由C的核磁振光譜的重新檢討，我們發現其構造式，應更正成ursolic acid 才是。而且，此植物中的另一成分，norswertianolin，屬於xanthone glycoside，於藥理試驗上，顯示有中樞神經抑制的現象。

Bellidifolin (XI) was first isolated from the fresh whole plant of Swertia randaiensis Hayata (Gentianaceae). Further, oleanolic acid, a constituent of this plant, reported by Wu et al, wasreinvestigated by C NMR spectroscopy, being revised into ursolic acid. Pharmacological studies on the xanthone glycoside, norswerianolin, which was previously isolated from this plant, showed that it posseses a depressant activity on the central nervous system.
