Angioimmunoblastic Lymphadenopathy and IgA Nephropathy
免疫芽細胞性淋巴腺病併發異常蛋白血症暨IgA 腎病
摘要
三十一歲之一男性病患為測試器官移植之相容性而施行皮膚移植。二週後，發生免疫芽細胞性淋巴腺病併發異常蛋白血症(AILD)。緊接著病人又併發IgA腎病而導致慢性腎衰竭。這二病可能具有共同的基因控制部位而使免疫系統的紊亂加劇，並造成末期敗血症。

A 30-year-old man developed angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy with dysproteinemia (AILD) two weeks following skin grafting for transplantation compactibility study. Shortly fter the procedure, he developed IgA nephropathy leading to chronic renal failure. An immunological derangement perhaps related in someway to the genetic make-up appears to be the common denominator in this case, and is also most likely responsible for his terminal septicemia.
