摘要

就關節功能而言：顳顎關節（TMJ）為身體上重要關節之一，在目前醫學發達、儀器進步和技術上，對於關節內之硬的或軟的組織皆能從放射線檢查加以評估和診斷。
有關顳顎關節之放射線檢查工具有普通X光素片、局部放射線檢查法、三度空間電腦斷層造影、關節造影檢查和磁振造影檢查。
由於關節攝影檢查對顳顎關節內錯位功能的診斷非常有用，所以常被用來診斷顳顎關節內錯位情形和功能之工具。
臺中榮民總醫院從民國七十五年一月至七十九年十月止，共收集二十例；年齡從十一歲至六十五歲，男性有八例，女性有十二例。其主要臨床徵狀為顳顎關節處疼痛、卡塔地響（clicking）、咀嚼和講話困難及嘴張開不易等。這些病人皆接受顳顎關節檢查，結果發現正常有二例，回復性關節板前異位者（Ant. displacement of disc with reduction）有九例，不可回復性關節前異位者（Ant. displacement of disc without reduction）有八例，關節板穿孔（disc perforation）有一例。
以上就我們所收集之病例加以整理分析，希望提供我們的經驗為臨床醫師在治療上有所幫助且為病人解決問題之所在。

From a functional point of view, the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is one of the most important joints in the body. Optimal radiographic visualization is becoming increasingly important to medical and dental sepecialists as abnormal TMJ derangements are becoming better understood.
Because the most common TMJ arthropathy is the internal derangement of TMJ, arthrography of the temporomandibular joint is widely performed in clinical practice.
From January 1986 to December 1990, twenty temporomandibular joint arthrographies were performed in patients with symptoms of pain, clicking and dysfunction. We report our findings on these twenty patients who were examined by arthrography, which was conducted due to internal derangements related to meniscal dysfunction.
