睪丸畸形瘤：一個病例報告
Teratoma of Testis - A Case Report
摘要
患者是一位5歲男性小孩，在健診時意外發現右睪丸腫瘤，患者接受右側睪丸高位切除術及腹股溝淋巴腺摘除術，其組織病理檢查證實為睪丸畸形瘤（testicular teratoma）。患者術後一年血清之β-HCG，α-fetoprotein及carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)皆正常，本文特就其診斷及治療經過作一報告並回顧文獻討論之。

A case of mature testicular teratoma in a 5-year-old child is presented. The level of serum beta-hu-man chorionic gonadotropin (β- HCG), α-fetoprotein (α-AFE), and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) were all with in normal limit one year post-operatively. We discussd the clinical features, treatment and the result of this patient and reviewed the literature.
