Clinical Use of Recombinant Tissue Plasminogen Activator for Anterior Chamber Fibrinolysis
以組織胞漿素原活化素溶解眼前房纖維反應之臨床經驗
摘要
組織胞漿素原活化素（rt-PA）可將胞漿素原（plasminogen）活化成胞漿素（plas-min）而導致纖維塊的溶解。近年來，此藥物逐漸為眼科醫師使用於治療手術後，前房及玻璃體過度纖維反應及前房積血等病例。我於三位手術後前房嚴重纖維反應，並經一般治療無效之病人的眼前房中注射12.5μg/100μl的組織胞漿素原活化素以清除纖維反應。前房纖維注入組織胞漿素原活化素後迅速溶解，並且沒有任何副作用。本文報告前房注射組織胞漿素原活化素之臨床處理經驗，並討論其安全性和適當注射劑量。

In a preliminary clinical study, l2.5μg/l00μl of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) was injected into the anterior chamber of 3 eyes of 3 patients who suffered from excessive post-operative fibrin formation. The promiaant fibrinolytic effect was archieved without any side effect. Rt-PA is an effective and safe regimen for the management of excessive post-operative intraocular fibrin formation.
