摘要

An abnormal protein was found in cultured fibroblasts from three of seven patients with achondropasia. All three patients showed two abnormal protein spots which were not detected in any of the normal and pathological cell strains examined in this study. Clinical manifestations of these three cases were compared with those of other cases, but no differences were identified between them from the data available at present. The sign ificance of these protein spots were discussed.

由七位臨床上診斷為軟骨發育不全症得來的皮膚纖維芽細胞，經培養及萃取細胞蛋白後，利用雙向電氣泳動及銀染色，探討其蛋白質點的變化。結果發現，其中三位檢體中具有二異常蛋白質點；其分子量及等電點分別是60Kda, 4.9及60 Kda, 4.7。而此二蛋白質點並不存在於其他四位病人或十二位正檢體。臨床上，具有此二異常蛋白質點之病人的臨床表徵與為未具異常質點者並無明顯的差異。其臨床意義與應用有待進一步的研究。
