藥物衛教團體治療於精神科急性病房之應用

The Application of Medication Group Therapy in an Acute Psychiatric Ward

摘要

精神病患常因中斷服藥，致疾病復發反覆住院，造成症狀惡化與功能退化。爲協助病患能接受長期規則之治療，使病沉穩定，民國88年6月於急性病房進行藥物團體衛教，由護理人員帶領，每週一次持續不斷的半開放性結構式團體，共舉辦13次，參與病患有23人，運用團體動力教導病患學習對疾病及藥物的相關知識，以提高服藥遵從性。結果發現：病患對疾病、藥物、副作用的認識在參加團體前、後有明顯差異，大部份病患在參加後有較正確的認識，並有91%的病患認爲團體有幫助，希望繼續舉辦，故而此團體有推廣之價值。

The reason for frequent recurrence or relapses of symptom aggravation and function deterioration in many psychiatric patients are often due to ”poor drug compliance”. To helping the inpatients of our acute psychiatric wards we started to lead a medication group to establish good drug compliance and to maintain stable mental status, in June, 1999. The group is held weekly and is led by the nursing staff. We try to improve patients' drug compliance and insight. The result showed that most patients gained knowledge in mental illness and psychotropic drugs. 91% of them hope the group to be held continually.
