以終身學習理念提昇護理人員資訊應用能力

To Promote the Nursing Personnel's Competence in Information Application through the Life-long Learning Philosophy

摘要


由於資訊與通訊科技的推陳出新,衍生許多學習的應用,可以預見的是將來資訊科技應用的優劣會成爲這個組織成敗的關鍵,在醫療界亦因此風潮而在提昇病患服務的過程中調整步伐,以因應這個潮流達成網路能到達的地方即是醫療服務及管理思考到達的地方。不懂得利用資訊科技的人勢必失去生存的空間,護理人員必須實際掌握資訊系統的運作與管理才能具備職場的競爭力。 本專案針對某醫學中心管理階層正副護理長15人、基層護理人員165人,共計180人,進行電腦使用能力分級測試,結果顯示護理人員電腦使用能力普遍不足,故研擬教學訓練計劃施以訓練,希望達到(一)管理階層及基層護理人員在Word、Excel、Internet三項電腦使用能力達A級者超過八成以上,(二)在Word、Excel、Internet分項操作能力之目標爲管理階層提昇至70~80%,基層護理人員捉弄至80~90%,(三)能應用在工作生活中。訓練後結果顯示: (一)在能力分級方面: 管理階層15人,A級人數由7人(46.7%)進步到13人(86.7%)基層護理人員165人,A級人數由101人(61.2%)進步到138人(83.6%),有顯著增加(p=0.000) 無論是管理階層或基層人員電腦使用能力達A級著已逾八成 (二)在Word、Internet、Excel操作能力方面,無論是管理階層或基層護理人員均提昇至70~90% (三)能應用電腦資訊於工作及生活中 本專案目前推廣及影響層面擴及醫院召募作業甄選人才,以及其他醫院、銀行、公會、學會等亦用此模式測試人員電腦使用能力。

Due to the continuous renewal of technologies of information and communication, there are lots of learning applications arising, and it is anticipated that advantageous and disadvantageous applications of information technologies will be the key to an organization's success or failure. In this fashion, the medical world is arranging its paces in the process of enhancing services to patients, and suits itself to the current so that where network is there is medical service and medical management. One who can not apply information technologies will lose the space of survival eventually. A nursing personnel must put actually his hand on the operation and management of the information system, then she can be equipped with competitive abilities of her profession. This project is the results of a test based on the c1ass of abilities to use a computer given to 180 nursing personnel of a medical center (including 15 managerial rank head and assistant head nurses and 165 staff nurses). These results show the personnel were generally incompetent in using a computer. With this in view, a plan was devised to train the nursing personnel, and expected: (1) to let over 80 percent of managerial rank and basic nursing personnel reach to c1ass A in using Word, Excel, and Internet. (2) To increase to 70-80 percent of the managerial rank to be able to use various operations of Word, Excel, and Internet; and the staff nurses to 80-90 percent (3) To be able to use in work and daily life. The results of training show: (1) In the class of abilities: Among 15 head nurses and assitant head nurses, the number of c1ass A persons has been increased from 7(46.7%) to 13(86.7%); among 165 staff nurses, the number c1ass A persons, from 101(61.2%) to 138(83.6%) increased remarkably (12~0.000); (2) About the operation of Word, Excel, and Internet, both managerial rank and staff nurses have been increased to 70-90%; (3) Able to apply computer information to work and daily life. This project is being widely used by hospitals in recruiting operation personnel, and many other hospitals, banks, associations, and societies are also adopting this model to test their personnel's competence in using a computer.
