健康促進與老年健康教育策略

Strategy of Elders' Health Education

摘要


隨著老年人口的快速增加,長期照護已儼然成爲各先進國家積極尋求解決之道的重大衛生政策。在考量持續性照護的同時,如何經由健康促進及健康教育引導老人從事健康生活,協助老人肩負起自我的健康責任,以利健康餘命的延長,是醫護人員的首要工作。在實施健康教育時則需考量老人身心功能老化的問題,本文就此提出影響老人健康教育之因素及具體措施。

With the elder population growing quickly, long-term care has been the solution for significant health policy as desited by the advanced nations civilizations. During the continuous care, we also need to consider the ways to guide the elders concerning healthy life by health promotion and health education, and help the elders to be responsible for their owned health for lengthening the rest of life; It should be regarded as the major task for nurses. And the aging problems of physiology and psychology of the elders should be considered while health education implementing. This text was to explore the factors and practices for elders' health education.
