摘要

隨著時代的變遷，許多大型醫院已走向物流，對於單位的消耗物品，只能呼籲同仁珍惜物資，節約使用，成本控制之於管理者而言，實為不容忽視的課題；護理人員為因應醫療型態的轉變，亦應進行各項護理成本的控制，以維護護理品質的目標；本創新作品，因單位加強圈使用量大，而突發奇想，利用廢用的病人背膠貼紙，自製成加強圈，黏貼於病歷文件上，避免因為高頻率的翻閱或拉扯，造成內側固定孔破損，而導致單張掉落；此自製的加強圈製作簡單、方便使用，及廢物再利用，可減少加強圈的使用；本病房宣導使用此新方法後，深受工作人員肯定與愛用，如此環保又省錢的方法，期望於全院廣泛推廣使用之。

When times change, many large-scale hospitals move toward being logistic. For the expanding unit, we could only appeal to our colleagues to cherish goods and materials, and use them abstemiously. For the curator, cost control is a subject that can't be ignored. Due to the changes of the medical circumstances, the nursing staff should also start the control of nursing cost to maintain the quality of nursing care. This new production was designed because of the large consumption of strengthening circle in the unit. We made the strengthening circle by the disused stickers of patients, pasting it on the chart, to prevent the paper from falling off the chart due to disruption of the inboard fixation hole caused by frequent browsing or drag. This self-created strengthening circle is easily made easy to make, and convenient, thus reducing the consumption of the original strengthening circles by recycling disused stickers. Our ward proposed this new method, and it was affirmed and attached to our staff members. We wish the new method, which was green and cheap, could be widely used in the hospital.
