摘要

護理人員身處日益複雜的醫療環境中，必須以最有效率的速度，不斷的汲取新知，才能以更專業、更具證據力的學識與技能提供最佳服務品質，以維護病人安全及最大利益。
實證護理有助於協助護理人員釐清臨床問題、在最短的時間內搜尋最佳文獻、並透過文獻評讀技巧做出具證據力的照護決策，有助於減少實證研究與臨床實務間的鴻溝。本文將簡述實證護理的概念及五步驟，並提供案例說明實證護理於臨床之應用，期盼讀者能對實證護理有進一步的認識，並能從臨床情境中發掘問題，試著找出最佳解決方案，實際將實證知識運用於臨床照護上。

With the increasing complexity of the health care settings, nurses need to continuously absorb new information about a timely fashion so that they can employ evidence-based knowledge and skills to provide good quality patient care and to maintain safety and optimal benefits for the patients.
By implementing evidence-based nursing (EBN), nurses identify clinical problems, search the best evidence in a short period of time, correctly appraise the literature, and make clinical decisions based on evidence. The application of EBN helps bridge the gap between empirical research and clinical practice. This paper introduces the basic concepts and the five steps of EBN. In addition, a case scenario is provided to exemplify these steps. After reading the paper, nurses can have a better understanding of EBN. Hopefully, nurses will apply EBN in their practice to identify problems in clinical situations and to establish the best problem-solving protocol.
