手術器械網路學習之成效

The Effect of Perioperative Instruments Web-based Learning System

摘要


本研究採橫斷式調查法,目的在建置「手術器械學習網」之網路學習系統,並探討手術全期護理人員使用「手術器械學習網」的學習成效。以台北市某醫學中心手術室護理人員為樣本來源。採立意取樣,有效樣本共計96名。研究工具採結構性問卷收集資料,內容包括:(一)網頁內容滿意度量表、(二)網頁設計滿意度量表、(三)學習方式量表、(四)自覺學習效能量表及(五)研究對象個人特質等五部份。研究結果如下:手術室護理人員使用研究者所建置之「手術器械學習網」資訊系統,對於網頁內容、網頁設計與整體功能皆感到滿意;同時,滿意網路學習方式,自覺學習效能良好。護理人員個人特質並未影響其對於「手術器械學習網」網頁內容、設計、學習方式與自覺學習效能的結果。研究對象使用「手術器械學習網」之自覺學習效能愈高,其對於網頁內容、網頁設計與整體功能之滿意程度亦愈高,對於網頁學習方式亦愈滿意;反之亦然。研究結果有助於促進手術室護理資訊化作業,以及在職教育與器材管理的效能。

The purpose of this study was to establish『The perioperative instruments web-based learning system』, and evaluate the effect of 『The perioperative instruments web-based learning system』 by satisfaction and perceived self-efficacy of the perioperative registered nurses. Data were collected by structured questionnaires including the nurses satisfaction scale, and self-efficacy test with a total sample size of 96 subjects. The results were as follows: The subjects were satisfied with the content and design of the homepage of『The perioperative instruments web-based learning system』. The subjects were satisfied with the e-learning and confident about their self-efficacy. However, the personal characteristics did not influence the effects of compute-assisted education. The result of this study should improve the learning level of perioperative registered nurses in instruments learning and educational efficacy.
