摘要

本研究是在探討一位罹患白血病的青少女，再次接受化學治療後的生病經驗。研究者透過參與式觀察、深度訪談個案與主要照顧者來收集資料，每次訪談時間約30-50分鐘，所獲得資料詳實紀錄為文本。本研究採現象學研究法，並以Giorgi的現象學方法分析所收集的資料。結果發現個案對於疾病和治療的生病經驗包含三個主軸：自我的失落、不被了解的委屈和生病經驗的轉化。此結果有助於護理人員更了解青少女的內心世界，協助青少女重拾自我和昇華生病經驗來面對發展階段的危機。

The purpose of this study was to explore the life experience of an adolescent who had leukemia with relapse. Data was collected by being a participant observer, interviewing the subject and primary caregiver and the narrative was accurately recorded. This study was a phenomenological research; Giorgi's qualitative method was used to analyze collected data. After repeatedly reading the content, it would be organized, generalized and analyzed. There were three themes in these findings: loss of self, suffering without understanding, and transcendence of illness experience. The result will help nurses to understand female adolescents' illness experience; help female adolescents reorganize themselves and channel their illness experience to face their development crisis.
