摘 要 本研究的目的在探究臺北市床邊教師的工作經驗以及面對問題時所採行的因應策略,藉由現象學方法論的哲學理念與觀點,來探究其經驗現象的本質。本研究之研究對象設定為臺北市醫院床邊巡迴輔導教師,且有意願敘說其工作經驗及因應策略者。本研究以半結構式的深度訪談方法收集資料,共訪談三位研究參與者,獲得六份文本資料,經過主題分析法的詮釋循環過程,發現臺北市醫院床邊巡迴輔導教師的工作經驗與因應策略四個主題為:(1)各時期工作困難、課題與挑戰不同,積極建立關係並發展解決問題的策略;(2)面對工作困境,仍克盡職責依信念而行;(3)資源與支持整合聯繫困難,彈性運用現有資源來克服(4)職前訓練嚴重缺乏,在職進修點到為止,期盼長期有系統的專業栽培。 基於研究結果,本研究針對未來的研究方法、特殊教育師資培育單位、教育行政單位及床邊教師合作之相關單位等四方面提出具體之建議。期望能協助床邊教師獲得更多資源與關注,同時對日後相關領域的研究與實務有所助益。
Abstract The purpose of this research was to explore the working experience and coping strategies of the special education teachers in hospital bedside teaching in Taipei. The research was conducted by phenomenology methodology and attempted to interpret the nature of experiences. Three subjects were recruited from the special education teachers in hospital bedside teaching in Taipei. This research use the semi-structured in-depth interviews for date gathering. Six texts were found for the thematic analysis. Four essential themes of experiences of the special education teachers in hospital bedside teaching are found:(1)Difficulties, issues and challenges are different in the work at each phase. In order to cope with these problems the bedside teachers must activly develop good cooperation relationship with different partners and problem solving strategies.(2)The conquest of the difficulties with faith and taking the full responsibilities.(3) Through flexibility to overcome the difficulties in establishing and intergrating support and resources.(4)The need to increase qualities and quantities in education of hospital bedside teaching through the systematic and long term pre-service and in-service training. Based on these themes and results, there are some concrete recommendations are proposed for the future research, special education teacher preparation programs, education executive institution and the related cooperation units in special education teachers in hospital bedside teaching. More resources and attention are urgently expected for the hospital bedside teachers. Also more time and energy will be hopefully used to expand the theory and practice in bedside teaching related issues.
