建構護理新進人員臨床教學模式

Development of a Preceptorship for Novice Nurses

摘要


本文旨在闡述建構「臨床護理教學方案」之評鑑模式與工作流程,並以質、量性研究設計與多元評量的資料收集方式,進行效益評估,提出促進正向「臨床教學關係」之預測模式,以提供護理實務適當的建議。 樣本醫院於2005-2010年間依「護理臨床教師教育訓練課程」進行護理臨床教師訓練,運用「新進人員訓練指引手冊」帶領新進人員。問卷調查結果:護理臨床教師對此制度持有正面的評價,25%臨床教師自感承受不少壓力,但仍表示值得繼續推行。因此藉本文將「護理臨床教學方案」之評鑑模式與工作流程,與護理教育者分享,一起為新進護理人員的訓練與適應努力。

The aim of this paper was to introduce a preceptorship program construction as an evaluation model and the flow chart, with the study design of both quality and quantity, and data collection with diversifying assessments, in order to promote effectiveness and beneficial results as a predictive model for positive direction on clinical preceptors' relationship in order to provide appropriate nursing practices. Between the year 2005 and 2010, according to the preceptorship program as a training course guideline for the new nursing staff, questionnaire investigation showed that most preceptors had positive appraisals for this program. Although 25% of the preceptors felt that they bore many stresses, they still preferred this program and considered it worth continuing. Thus, application of this clinical scheme and sharing it with all who are going to attend this administration might prove to be effective to the training and adaptation of every new nursing staff.
