研究目的:比較對護理人員介入第六生命徵象(情緒困擾)評估與相關處置措施宣導之成效。研究方法:採類實驗研究,以南部某醫學中心到職半年以上之護理人員並排除副護理長以上主管為對象。將全院35個護理工作單位護理人員立意分派為實驗組及對照組,實驗組介入第六生命徵象評估與處置方案,在宣導前以問卷進行前測,並於一個月與三個月後再次進行後測;對照組同時施測,二組以自擬結構性問卷評量,護理人員在宣導介入前、後對第六生命徵象評估與處置之知識、態度評量分數與使用頻率變化;研究結果:實驗組收案157人、對照組198人,兩組護理人員在教育程度、單位有無資訊化、工作年資與年齡方面均無顯著差異(p>.05)。護理人員對第六生命徵象之知識得分方面,實驗組比對照組在一個月、三個月之後測均較進步,且實驗組進步之幅度較對照組顯著且達統計上之顯著差異(p=.000),護理人員在第六生命徵象宣導方案之態度得分方面,實驗組比對照組在一個月、三個月對第六生命徵象之正向態度變化幅度較大,在一個月對第六生命徵象之正向態度達統計上顯著差異(p=.000),第三個月對第六生命徵象之正向態度未達統計上顯著差異(p=.057)。護理人員運用第六生命徵象評估之頻率方面,實驗組與對照組未達統計上顯著差異。護理上應用:護理人員對第六生命徵象評估與處置持正向之態度,值得推廣,不僅提供身體方面之照護,心理上亦可獲得專業之諮商及慰藉。
Objective: To compare the effectiveness of nurses involving in the 6th vital sign (emotional distress) assessment and management education. Methods: A quasi-experimental study, nurses who worked for more than half a year for the medical center in southern Taiwan and excluding of the assistant head nurses, with 35 care units of nurses purposive by assigned to experimental group and control group. The experimental group involved in the 6th vital sign assessment and management of education. Both groups were evaluated by self-structured questionnaire, with the pretest before the education questionnaire and posttests in one month and three months afterward to understand nurses on the sixth vital sign assessment and management of knowledge and attitude of score change. Results: totally 157 nurses in the experimental group and 198 nurses in the control group. There is no significant difference between two groups on the degree of education, e-information, working years and ages (p> .05). On the score of nurses' knowledge, the experimental group increased than the control group on one month and three months of posttest, and the rate of progress of experimental group significant than the control group (p = .00). The score of attitude, the experimental group than the control group in one month, and three months 6th vital sign of positive attitude change, and the positive attitude of the 6th vital sign in the month, reached a statistically significant difference (p= .00). Nurses in the frequency of using the 6th vital signs assessment, two groups did not reach statistical significant differences. Nursing applications: Nurses must have a positive attitude toward the 6th vital signs assessment along with disposal, and should be promoted not only to provide physical and psychological care also get professional counseling and solace.
