摘要

類風濕性關節炎是一種與自體免疫有關之慢性多發性疾病，主要侵犯關節及其周圍軟組織，疾病雖不會造成立即性生命危險，但罹病過程卻需面對生理、心理及社會各層面的困擾，嚴重影響病人之工作及生活品質，臨床照護目標以控制疾病及維持日常生活功能為主，高劑量類固醇及生物製劑治療有效控制疾病，協助病人維持健康，但藥物治療過程引起的免疫功能抑制，造成感染或過敏反應，均是臨床照護需加強注意事項，透過治療策略及照護經驗分享，可有效提升臨床醫護人員照護能力及提供病人最佳的服務，以確實達到疾病控制並提高病人的生活品質。

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease that involves chronic inflammation of multiple systems. Although RA is not immediately life-threatening, it induces joint and soft-tissue damage. As RA progresses, patients encounter physical, psychological, and social interference; this affects their daily work and quality of life. The primary goal of clinical care is to control disease progression and maintain activities of daily living. High-dose corticosteroid therapy and biological agents are used to control the disease, and sustain the health of patients. However, severe infection caused by suppression of immune function and the possibility of anaphylaxis are precautions that demand attention. This study enhanced the ability to provide optimal service to patients through sharing experiences and treatment strategies to improve their quality of life and disease control.
