護理臨床教師學習型態及相關因素之探討

Nursing Preceptors' Learning Styles and Relevant Factors

摘要


護理臨床教師的學習型態是新進學習者快速適應醫療環境及發展個人工作領域深、廣度的典範,教師能了解個人適性的學習方式,建立良好的教學氛圍,促進教師與學員的互動與成長。本研究目的為探討某醫學中心護理臨床教師之學習型態狀況及相關因素,採描述性研究設計,以Memletic learning styles inventory 學習型態結構式問卷,調查334位護理臨床教師的學習型態,結果發現教師學習型態偏好依序為獨立型(36.23%)、聽覺型(30.54%)及團體型(23.05%),85位教師(25.4%)為多型偏好。教育程度是影響教師學習型態偏好的重要因素,尤其以「大學」為最,可見護理教育對護理臨床教師的深耕與改變。研究結果期作為護理臨床教師培訓時,安排教學策略與活動設計之參考,提升臨床教學品質,作為新進人員之榜樣。

Preceptors' learning styles are useful for helping them identify new learners' personalities and rapidly adapting to medical environments while further extending their width and depth in the personal working field. Preceptors can ensure that an educational environment presents a benign atmosphere for promoting the interaction and progress between preceptors and learners. The purpose of this study was to explore the factors related to learning styles by surveying 334 clinical nursing preceptors working at a medical center. In this research, a descriptive study framework was established using the Memletics Learning Styles Inventory. The results of this study revealed preceptors' learning preferences, which were the solitary domain (36.23%), followed by the aural (30.54%) and teamwork domains (23.05%). Of the surveyed population, 85 nurses (25.4%) were characterized as exhibiting a multipreferential learning style, specifically those with a bachelor's degree. Nursing education has a clear significant influence on preceptors' capability advancement. The results of this study may be useful for the future development of multistrategy education and instructional activities, which may promote the quality of clinical education, enhance nursing capability, and raise the long-term quality of clinical nursing care.
