護理臨床教師制度

Preceptorship in Nursing

摘要


本文旨在闡述新進人員之高流動率與現實休克及臨床教師制度。內容包括新進人員之現實休克、臨床教師制度之介紹、臨床教師制度之實施含制度之建立、推展及檢討,臨床教師制度問題之討論含臨床教師選拔、培訓及如何在臨床執行教學等,以達成留任及培訓新進護理人員之目標。

This article details the reality shock and the high flow rate of newly employed nurses as well as the preceptorship system in nursing. The contents include the reality of shock experienced by newly employed nurses, introduction to preceptorship in nursing, implementation of the system including establishment, development and evaluation, the question of the system including the selection of the preceptor, its training and the way to carry out teaching in a clinical setting, thus achieving to remain and train the newly employed nurses.
