談內視鏡之再處理及管理機制

摘要

內視鏡為近年檢查診斷常用之工具，隨著科技的進步，內視鏡的設計日愈複雜，也增添後續再處理的困難度。而影響內視鏡再處理品質的因素相當多，從清潔步驟、高層次消毒劑的使用、儲存、感染管制監控到人員教育訓練，當中任何一個環節若有疏漏都將導致病人面臨感染的風險。這也是內視鏡中心工作人員目前所面臨的巨大挑戰，希望透過此篇文章探討各項影響內視鏡再處理品質的因素，及提供某醫學中心改善管理機制之經驗分享，做為未來各院建立內視鏡再處理標準化流程的參考，以維護病人安全。

Endoscopy is a popular technique for performing medical examination and diagnosis. However, it is also difficult to reprocess because of its complex design. Several factors that can cause defects, in the procedure are deficiencies related to cleaning, high-level disinfection usage, storage, infection control monitoring, and staff education programs. Such deficiencies could engender patients facing the risk of infection. Therefore, endoscopy room staff face a substantial challenge. This article analyzes reprocessing quality and shares the experience of medical center management. The author hopes that this research is useful for hospitals that want to improve standards in the future.
