中央計畫型補助制度執行力之探討
An Investigation on Implement Ability of Project-based Grant System in R.O.C. (Taiwan) Central Government

The project-based grant system is the most important way to achieve urban-rural development and regional balance in R.O.C. (Taiwan). It has an enormous annual expenditure. If the executive method weren't efficient, the policy effects would be decreased. This paper first analyze the characteristics and the current status of project-based grant implementability. Finally, propose some suggestions for future prospective.
