摘要

Web 2.0是一個近年來新興的網路現象，繼承了網際網路資訊傳播科技創新的本質，鼓勵使用者以對話方式、互動地創造數位內容；應用在日常生活的各個層面，也同時促成了社會的改變。藉由歸納整理Web 2.0的重要發展規則，我們嘗試深入分析了解結合Web 2.0與公共參與的種種可能，並對我們未來的公共資訊傳播與利用的創新作出期許。
