In the recent years the Facebook users are rapid growing and the fans page of the Facebook has become the popular Self-marketing platform. In this platform, the fans page provides a well system to the end-user, but how to attract consumers to join is the important step for the fans page owner. This study investigates the citizen motivations to join directorate fans page on Facebook. We adopts questionnaire survey, the data were collected from 137 PTT members. After analysis, the results are as follows: 1. Sample characteristics about male (66%), average distribution on Taipei City(50.4%) and New Taipei City(49.6%), ranging from 21 to 30(74.5%), educational background were colleges and universities(66.4%), and non-support a particular political party(57.6%). 2. The cognition factors of citizen participation would affect involved attitude in fan groups. 3. The personal fulfillment factors of citizen participation would affect involved affective in fan groups. 4. The expression and affiliation factors of citizen participation would affect involved behavior in fan groups. Furthermore, the manager should focus on interaction, reducing political manipulation.
