全球化下台灣日語教育的變化與挑戰

Changes and Challenges of Japanese Language Education under the Globalization in Taiwan

摘要


國民的外語能力是國力之一,外語政策也是國家的重要政策之一。美國和英國都發表了國家的語言戰略,提倡第二外語甚至第三外語的重要性。日本也以「CAN-DO記述句」的形式發表了設定外語學習成效的參考指南。相較之下,台灣日語教育在偏重英語教育的外語政策與外語教學環境之下,既缺乏初中高級學校教育的一貫教學策略,真正合乎國人所需的一貫教材也不足。加上近年學習人口減少,引發日語教學機構的組織發生變化,這些都是目前台灣日教育的問題點。台灣日語教育界該如何面對些問題,可謂是一大挑戰。本文概述台灣日語教育近年的變化及問題點,並提出建言。

Foreign language ability is one of national strength, foreign policy is also one of the important national policy. United States and Britain have issued a national language strategy, the importance of a second language or third language advocates. Japan also announced the guide of foreign-language-teaching study attainment goal setting in the form of the ”CAN-DO list.” In contrast, Japanese education in Taiwan under the foreign policy emphasis on English education and foreign language teaching and learning environment, both the lack of consistent teaching strategies Junior High school education, people really needed to consistently meet the teaching is also inadequate.Plus population in recent years to reduce the learning, teaching institutions lead to organizational changes in Japanese, these are the problems of education in Taiwan date. Taiwan Japanese educators how to deal with these issues, can be described as a big challenge. This article outlines the changes in Japanese education in Taiwan in recent years and the problems and make suggestions.
