基於德中平行語料庫的德文連接詞翻譯研究－連接詞「wenn」與「weil」的實例分析

摘要

本研究旨在針對德文連接詞的中譯成果進行語料庫的分析。在德中翻譯平行語料庫的建構基礎上，本研究鎖定影響翻譯相當重要的連接詞作為討論的對象。研究目的在於探討德中連接詞wenn跟weil在語法特性上與使用上的差異會對譯者帶來甚麼樣的翻譯困難。分析這兩個連接詞的語料發現，德中連接詞本身的表述及語法特性差異確實是譯者發生翻譯偏誤一項關鍵的原因。基於此發現，本研究試圖針對連接詞的教學及翻譯訓練提出可能的建議，並說明翻譯平行語料庫可以成為教學及翻譯訓練相當有參考價值的資料庫。

This study aims at analyzing the translation of German conjunction by implementing corpus. Based on German-Chinese-translation parallel corpus, this paper shows how important the conjunction to translation is, particularly in the case, when the grammatical and pragmatic functions of German conjunction are different from that of corresponding Chinese conjunction. The concern of this study is to reveal the difficulties resulting from conjunction. The results of this study confirm the importance of conjunction to the translation process. This leads to my suggestions to the foreigner language learning and translation regarding conjunction. These corpus data can be applied as a useful data base for translation practices with respect to German conjunction.
