Lipid Fractionation in Hypothalamic Obese Rats

下視丘破壞肥胖大白鼠之總脂分次分析

摘要


分析正常鼠和肥胖鼠肌肉,肝臟和脂肪性組織標本中三大構成及總脂、磷脂和三酸甘油脂含量,則見肌肉和肝臟含水份多,脂肪性組織所含者少。總脂及其組成各成分之個別差異極大。一月與三月間對照組之脂類成份無顯著變化,時間長短不同之各個手術組者亦然。總脂含量在脂肪性組織最高,在肝臟次之,在肌肉最少;而磷脂含量則以肝臟者最高,其次為肌肉,最少為脂肪性組織。三酸甘油脂隨總脂而改變。毋論白鼠情況如何,各成份均無規則變異。此種變化之趨勢與鴨者相同。肥胖症之造成,相信由於脂油在脂肪性組織中聚積所致。對照與手術組動物各組織之脂類無顯明之變異。脂肪性組織之水份及其他有關各點,會加以討論。

Chinese J.Physiol.,19(4):371-379,1963-1966.-Studies were made on the gross elements and total lipid, phospholipid and triglyceride of muscle, liver and adipose tissue of normal and obese rats. The water content of muscle and liver washigh, and of adipose tissue was low. Great variation prevailed in total lipid and fractions, but no important difference existed between control of one and three month. Nor was there any among the lesioned of different duration. The total lipid was highest in adipose tissue, lower in liver and lowest in muscle, while phospholipid was the highest in liver with muscular one higher than adipose one. Each parameter varied randomly irrespective of the condition of the rat. Thus, the trend of change is identical with that of the duck. Adipose tissue water was discussed. The question of obesity was believed to rest on accumulation of fat in adipose tissue. In other tissues, indiscriminative variation existed with no special preference for control or lesioned. Other related points were discussed.
