Lipid Fractionation in Obese Rats on a High Caloric Diet

填餵高熱量飼物肥胖成熟鼠之總脂分次分析

摘要


分析下視丘破壞和填餵兩組肥胖鼠之脂肪成份並與對照組比較。除脂肪性組織中總脂和三酸甘油脂特多增加外,其餘成分在肌肉肝臟中均十分穩定;而磷脂卽使在脂肪性組織中亦然。起碼在一部份動物中,實驗組所得者较對照組者低。所研究之各成份差異極大。分析每一組織標本之三大構成,不僅確實印證以往所得,且可將現得之數值換算為每克新鮮或無脂肪濕組織者,更使此類數值用處大增。三酸甘油脂與總脂間之相關係數恒大於磷脂與總脂間者,可能由磷脂在肝臟中最高,在肌肉次之,在脂肪性組織中更少之特殊分佈解釋之。肝臟中含較多之磷脂及三酸甘油脂除組織構成上有重要性外,或尚與組織之功能有關。

Chinese J.Physiol.,19(4):391-397,1963-1966.-Lipid of hypothalamic and force-fed obese rats was fractionated and compared with that of control. Except total lipid and triglyceride of the adipose tissue which increased outproportionally, all fractions were quite consrant in muscle and liver, and phospholipids was also so in adipose tissue. In some cases at least, experimental findings were in trend lower than control ones. Thus, there are variations about the mean in nearly all parameters studied. Study of gross elements of each tissue not only confirmed previous findings, but also rendered present findings more versatile by ready conversion into per gram fresh or fat-free wet tisssue. The fact that correlation coefficient between triglyceride and total lipid was always higher than that between phospholipid and total lipid can be explained by the characteristic behavior of phospholipid in different tissues, i.e., highest inliver, lower in muscle and lowest in adipose tissue. It was suggested that high hepatic phospholipid together with a relatively higher triglyceride may have functional implication besides being of structural importance.
