甲狀腺功能減退與大白鼠若干組織之脂類代謝
摘要
切除大白鼠甲狀腺後研究其若干組織中之脂類代謝，但由於切除不够完全，泰半大白鼠僅能稱為甲狀腺功能減退。大白鼠經首次手術後，分別予以相當時間之觀察，或再進行次一步之手術；則見甲狀腺切除兼有下視丘破壞之大白鼠，受T3處理後，其脂肪組織中脂類之改變，為體重減輕之主；而高熱量食物塡飼切除甲狀腺之大白鼠，促使肝臓聚集大量肝醣，及圍腎脂肪中總脂及三酸甘油脂各含量降低。

Due to incomplete removal, the rats in most of the cases were in hypothyroid state. Enough time after the first operation was allowed before an observation or a further operation was done. Triiodothyronine(T3)treatment of TE rat with hypothalamic lesioning(HL)reduced the body weight mainly from the adipose tissue fat while force-feeding(F)in TE rat led to glycogen accumulation in the liver with some reduction of total lipid and triglyceride in the perirenal fat.
