摘要


研究切除性腺大白鼠之脂類代謝,則見性腺切除可致雄鼠肝臟與腓腸肌以及雌鼠圍腎脂肪總脂類昇高而性腺切除兼破壞下視丘之雄鼠,可使肝臟與肌肉總脂類降低;而對情況相同之雌鼠則降低圍腎脂肪總脂與三酸甘油脂。故僅切除性腺與兼破壞下視丘無性別大白鼠之各組織的總脂含量變化並不相同,似具有各大白鼠原始性別之特異性。某成分之增添速度,與其他成分相當速度間之關係,形成一問题。肝臟中肝醣與脂類存積功能曾略論及。動態差異之形成也曾簡介。

Liu, A. C., G. W. Wang, H. K. Li and M. F. Lin: Gonads and lipid metabolism in rats. Chinese J.Physiol.,20(1):61-70,1967.-A study of lipid metabolism of gonadectomy(GE)rats was made. GE raised the total lipid level in the liver and gastrocnemius muscle of the male, and in the perirenal fat of the female rat; while hypothalamic lesioning(HL)in GE(hereafter GE+HL)depressed the total lipid in the liver and muscle of the male rat, and lowered the total lipid and triglyceride in the perirenal fat of the female rat. Thus the change of total lipid in GE or GE+HL neutral rat is different or sex-specific in each tissue. The question of rate of repletion of a parameter with that of another has been raised, the hepatic glycogen and the depot fat function being recapitulated. The concept of dynamic variation is introduced.
