摘要


本文研究2-甲基膽鹼酯對離體大白鼠上頸神經節烟鹼性神經傳導之影響,2-甲基膽鹼酯能加強,由乙醯膽素所引發之烟鹼性反應。在另一方面,2-甲基膽鹼酯能在競爭性下抑制動作電位之負後電位產生,不過這抑制作用會因神經節經15秒40赫芝強直電刺激處理過後而消失。

Chinese J.Physiol.26(2):71-76.1983.The effect of bethanechol on nicotinic transmission in the isolated rat superior cervical ganglia was studied. Bethanechol was shown to potentiate the nicotinic response induced by acetylcholine. On the other hand, bethanechol was observed to suppress competitively the negative afterpotential of evoked action potential, but the inhibitory effect of bethanechol on the negative afterpotential was reversed after a 40 Hz-15 sec preganglionic stimulation. Explanation of the latter phenomenon was discussed.
