Simultaneous Occurrence of Membrane Depolarization and Asynchronous Firing after Bethanechol Administration in the Isolated Superior Cervical Ganglion of Rat

離體大白鼠上頸神經節細胞膜電位去極作用與2-甲基膽鹼酯所產生之Asynchronous Firing之相互關係

摘要


本文研究由乙-甲基膽鹼酯在離體大白鼠上頸神經節所引發之Asynchronous firing會否與細胞膜電位去極作用有關。實驗結果顯示乙-甲基膽鹼酯能同時引發Asynchronous firing及產生細胞膜電位去極作用。鑑於阿託品可防止乙-甲基膽鹼酯產生以上兩種作用,故此Asynchronous firing及細胞膜電位去極作用司能是經乙-甲基膽鹼酯刺激毒覃鹼樣接受體後才同時產生。

Bethanechol-induced membrane depolarization and asynchronous firing appeared after bethanechol administration in the isolated rat superior cervical ganglion, and these effects were inhibited by atropine, suggesting that they were the result of postganglionic muscarinic receptor activation. The relation of membrane depolarization to asynchronous firing was discussed.
