甲苯與丙烯烷反應以生成對異丙基甲苯

摘要


本文以ZSM-5及經由四氯化矽液相沈積修飾之ZSM-5顆粒進行甲苯與丙烯之烷化反應。修飾的方法是將四氯化矽與己烷之混合液加入含有14%水之HZSM-5顆粒。在烷化反應中觀察到利用修飾過之HZSM-5顆粒,在溫度為523K、WHSV為4.6(克甲苯)/(克觸媒)/小時及甲苯與丙烯比為7.7時,對異丙基甲苯之選擇率及產率均優於未修飾之HZSM-5顆粒。實驗數據顯示使用修飾過之HZSM-5顆粒,在60小時的操作下,對顆丙基甲苯之選擇率均可超過90%,此外產率會隨反應時間而增加。

Alkylation of toluene with propylene over HZSM-5 pellets and HZSM-5 pellets modified by the chemical liquid deposition of SiCl4 was performed in this study. The modification was made by adding a mixture of SiCl4 and hexane to the parent HZSM-5 pellets containing 14% of water. Under the most appropriate operating conditions for alkylation, which were a temperature of 523K, a weight hourly space velocity of 4.6 (g of toluene)/(g of catalyst)/h, and a molar ratio of toluene to propylene of 7.7, the p-cymene selectivity and yield obtained using the modified HZSM-5 pellets were much higher than those obtained using the parent ones. The experimental data indicate not only that the p-cymene selectivity could exceed 90% as it in creased with time during a sixty-hour run using the modified pellets, but also that the yield increased as the reaction proceeded.
