Centrifugal Dewatering Stage of Conditioned Sludge

調理污泥之離心脫水階段

摘要


本研究以一新進設計可進行一維離心實驗之離心機,探討以高分子聚電解質調理之活性污泥及黏土泥漿之離心脫水階段。調理與增加離心轉速皆可增強脫水效率,而離心脫水程序則為控制調理污泥離心效率及泥餅壓密程度之最重要因素。

Effects of polyelectrolyte flocculation on centrifugal dewatering of waste activated sludge were discussed in this study with the assistance of a newly proposed centrifuge, which mimicked a one-dimensional centrifugal dewatering process. The moisture removal efficiency was enhanced by the flocculation and increasing rotational speed. For flocculated sludges, dewatering stage is predominated to moisture removal and further compaction of the loose cake.
