利用癒合組織代進發根之扦插試驗

The Influence of Callus Induced by Means of Girdling to the Root Development of Cuttings

並列摘要

1. This experiment was carried out for testing the influence of callus induced by means of girdling to the root development of cuttings of some fruit trees such as: Persea americana Mill., Litchi chinensis Sonn., Lucuma nervosa A.DC., and Achars sapota Linn. 2. In this experiment, two beds of cutting medium were prepared and kept in the same conditions except that one of which was prepared with fresh horse's excrement in order to increase the bottom heat while the other whithout. In both beds, the percentages of the rooted cuttings with callus were not higher than those without it, But the increased temperature of the cutting medium due to the horse's excrement gave effective influence to some extent in inducing the rooting of cuttings.
