臺灣省甘藷三要素適量試驗(第一報)

Experiment on the N. P. K Requirement of Sweet Potato in Taiwan (No.1)

摘要


臺灣省甘藷三要素適量試驗於1947年在臺北、宜蘭、花蓮、臺中、嘉義、臺南,鳳山、屏東、臺東、九處舉行。 木試驗之肥料配合係根據Schreiner及Skinner二氏之三角法N, P2O5各分0, 40, 80, 120, 160公斤/公頃五級,K2O量分0, 50, 100, 150, 200公斤/公頃,試驗結果摘要如下: 1.甘藷蔓之生產,受氮肥之影響最大,燐與鉀則甚小。 2.對於甘藷塊藷產量之增加,三要素之中以氮鉀爲主,燐在大多數地方無關重要,臺北、宜蘭鉀重於氟,花蓮、嘉義、臺東、氮鉀並重,惟對鉀需要略多,臺南、鳳山、氮鉀並重而需氮較鉀略多,屏東則僅需氮。 3.各試驗地區所屬土壤及甘藷肥料三要素適當配合量,經決定如下表:(表格略)

Field experiments of the fertilizer requirements of sweet potato were conducted from 1947-48 at Taipei, Ilang, Hwalian, Taichung, Chiayi, Tainan, Fenshan, Pintung, and Taitung. The combinations of fertilizer were made according to Schreiner and Skinner's triangle-system method. The levels of nu trients are 0, 40, 80, 120, and 160kg/ha of N; 0, 40, 80, 120, and 160 kg/ha of P2O5, and 0, 50, 100, 150, 200kg/ha of K2O. Fifteen Combinations plus the check plot make a total of sixteen treatments. They were quardraplicated in each field experiment. The experimental results show the following facts:- (1) The yield of vine of sweet potato responds to nitrogen most significantly, but it does not respond to phosphorus and potash. (2) The yield of tuberous root of sweet potato responds to both nitrogen and potash, but it does not response to phosphorus in most places. In Taipei and Ⅰ-lang, potash seems more important than nitrogen, while in other experimental localities nitrogen and potash are of equal importance with exception of Pintung where only nitrogen is needed. (3) The properties of soils and their N-P2O5-K2O requirement for sweet potato production of various places. As determined by the experiments are shown in the following table: (The form abridges)
